Adeyemo Femi - Director

Femi Adeyemo has diverse experience in the IT, Managed Services and the Telecommunication sector. He has managed critical projects within the Telecom industry on both sides of the Atlantic. Femi has extensive experience of IT Service delivery and Service Management and has years of experience implementing Project Management industry standard processes and methodologies necessary to run projects successfully be it within the  Manufacturing , Construction , Rail, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication Industry or what have you.

Femi had bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho and M.Sc in Information Technology at Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. He worked with Huawei Technologies where he rose from being a project team member to later manage teams of engineers to implement a couple of critical project including migration of MTN Nigeria Radio Access Networks equipment from Ericsson Platform to Huawei . On completion of his M.Sc study, Femi moved to Suriname, South America as a Project Consultant with a newly licensed telecom operator with operation across the Caribbean Islands, he later moved to the UK where he was responsible for E2E Technologies UK Ltd, Essex, strategic business development.

He then had a brief stint with Telinno Consulting Limited, Lagos, an Ericsson Approved Service Provider as Technical Project Manager where he acquired, develop and manage the project team that was responsible for Zain Nigeria 3G network tuning and Optimization, which led to the successful commercial launch of the Mobile Operators 3G Networks.

He currently consults with one of the best telecom Operators in the gulf region, Oman Mobile, Oman, where he is responsible for the Next Generation Networks (NGN) Managed Services Project.

Femi is a member of the Project Management Institute and hold the Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation,  a Certified Prince2 (Project Management) Practitioner and holds EXIN ITIL IT Service Management Certificate.  Femi also holds a couple of technical certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Microsoft Certified Professional.

Femi has an international perspective having worked in Africa, Europe, South America, Carribean Islands and the Middle East.

Akerele Olukayode Emmanuel - Director

Mr. Kayode Akerele holds B.Sc degree in Agricultural Economics (Second Class Upper Division) from the University of Ibadan. He switched into the Accountancy profession after his NYSC programme; trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1982 with the reputable firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Kayode rose in Coopers & Lybrand to the position of an Audit Manager in charge of the audit of UACN conglomerate.

 

He left Coopers & Lybrand for the banking industry in 1988. While in the banking industry, he obtained an MBA post graduate degree with distinctions specialising in Finance from the University of Lagos in 1994. He rose rapidly in the banking industry and became the Chief Executive Officer of some banks before retiring into private practice in August 2000. He is the managing partner of Olukayode Akerele & Co (Chartered Accountants).

 

He also verred into academics and obtained an M.Sc post graduate degree in Accounting (with distinction) in the year 2005 from the University of Lagos Nigeria. He had organized various seminars and workshops for many corporate organizations. He is a respected facilitator in the field of Training and Human Capital Development.

EDODO-EMORE Oritsematosan - Director

Mrs Oritsematosan EDODO - EMORE is a Bilingual, Transport, Energy, and Investment Lawyer and Chairman of African Maritime Forum Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Buckingham, England and a Master of Laws degree from the University of London, England. She has a working knowledge of French having studied the language and french Civilization at the Université Catholique De L’Ouest, Angers, France and at the Université Catholique De L’est, Lille, France.

She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981.  She practiced law with Sani Mohammed, Kuso & Co., Kaduna, Kaduna State, and at Akporiaye, Edodo & Associates, Warri, in Delta State, Nigeria.  In 1996 she was part of the Nigerian trade delegation to Bilateral talks with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and was on the Presidential delegation which accompanied His Excellency Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the State visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain in September 2000.  She is an active member of the Women International Shipping and Trade Association. She is the Financial Secretary of the Nigerian Maritime Law Association, and the Secretary General of the Franco – Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

She is specialized in the areas of transport, energy, environment laws and legislative drafting. Her experience in legislative drafting for the Nigerian National Assembly is most relevant to any assigned tasks involving preparation of legislations for developing economies and emerging markets. The work done for the Senate Committee on Marine Transport and the Senate Committee on Environment and Ecology   is particularly relevant.

Her advanced legal training and vast experience in conceptualization, drafting and review of legislations would be useful in the preparation of all the legislations and agreements necessary for the realization of legal objectives in any developing economies or emerging markets.

Additionally Mrs. EDODO – EMORE has been involved in the preparation, drafting, review and perfection of intricate commercial agreements, ranging from media planning and buying service agreements to project management and coordination agreements.

Adeyemo Adewale - Director

Adewale has diverse experience in the Information Systems, Service Management and Telecommunication sectors. He has managed critical projects within Europe & Africa. He has extensive experience of IT Service delivery and Service Management and has over 5 years experience implementing Project Management standard practices, processes and methodologies in the telecoms and IT sectors.

An electrical/electronics engineer by training and graduated from the University of Ibadan. He forayed in to Telecoms and had a brief stint with Radio Nigeria as a transmission Engineer before he joined Huawei technologies Nigeria Limited – one of the global leaders in the telecoms equipment manufacturing and a managed services provider – in 2004. He later joined Vmobile Nigeria (now Zain Nigeria) where he left to set up a consultancy service in 2007.

Since then he has been a free-lance project management consultant for companies in Africa & UK specializing in setting up PMO, implementing new product initiatives in the Information Systems and Telecoms sectors.

Adewale is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) USA. He holds the prestigious PMP credential and he is a Certified PRINCE2 (Project Management) Practitioner with an MBA from the Manchester Business School, UK.

Oladele A.A. - Consultant

A.A. Oladele a beneficiary of the European Economic Community (EEC) sponsored programme on the promotion and development of Small Scale Industries in the Developing countries at the Cranfield institute of Technology, Bedfordshire-England in 1987 who is privileged to be among one of the 27 participants drawn from the developing countries of Asia, South America, Africa and middle East for the programme, and being a graduate of Engineering with several years of Industrial experience in the production and manufacturing sectors in Nigeria, he is our resource person in the field of entrepreneurship promotion and development, especially in the field of entrepreneurship.

He is an entrepreneur himself, and a consultant of repute in this field, that is growing in importance and relevance to our educational and economic life, he has authored a book, Modern Concept in Entrepreneurship, which has gained wide circulation, is a veritable tool in the dissemination of theory and practice of what it takes and what it needs to be a successful entrepreneur.

Abolaji Ojomu - Consultant

Abolaji is a sales professional with over nine years of sales experience. He has worked for Dana Group, Xerox Nigeria & Sidmach Technologies Ltd. These experiences granted him a wholistic understanding of selling process in the FMCG, Equipment&Technology and ICT Solution Industries. He has over four years of sales training and mentoring of sales team, sharing best practices of effectives selling. He is adept in the principle of Territory Management, pipeline Management, Gap Analysis & Need Development; processes that leads to improved confidence and hence productivity of Sales people.

He graduated as a Chemical Engineer in 2000, and obtained a certificate in Advance Planning & Strategic Management  from the Center for British Education & Culture in 2007. He has attended  nine training in sales and leadership.

Achi Kazachat Jack - Consultant

Jack has diverse experience in the Information Systems, Networking and Hardware Installations. He has setup, managed and supervised Network Infrastructures both in Nigeria and India. He has extensive experience on Windows, Exchange Servers, Unix and Linux Platforms with over 3 years experience implementing LAN/WAN facilities.

A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer(MCSE)/Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he studied Agric Engineering. He has been managing networks and is currently managing Westcom Technologies and Energy Service's LAN/WAN infrastructures.

Jack is a member of the Microsoft Certified Professionals and holds the prestigious MCSE and MCITP from Zoom Technologies, Hyderabad India.

Onafuye Olalekan Omotayo - Consultant

TELECOMS ENGINEER with over 5 years experience in the telecom industry: which includes 4 years in some of Nigeria’s leading GSM telcos. Responsible for effectively planning Base Station Subsystems and optimization of BTS / 3G Node Bs to ensure all KPIs are below operator defined thresholds. Conduct network specific routine and benchmarking drive tests, analyze log files, implement and recommend changes to tune and improve areas with coverage, interference, accessibility, retainabilty, and mobility issues. Strategic planning of data services, paging strategies, indoor solutions, and radio network features. Provide high level radio support, knowledge share and skill transfer to regional RF teams for on the job training and increased job efficiency with over 3 years experience implementing LAN/WAN facilities.

Lekan is a 2G and 3G radio network optimization expert with proficiency in the use of following tools; Mapinfo Mapping tool, TEMS Investigation Data collection, TEMS route analysis tool, Gladiator post analysis processing tool, Planet EV Planning tool, Ericsson OSS command handling, Ericsson CNA manager, OPTIMA statistics tool, Ericsson MCOM optimizer, BUSINESS OBJECTS statistics tool, ASSET planning tool, Ericsson RNO optimization tools (FAS / FOX, NCS / NOX, MRR, WMRR, WNCS), BER Test Equipments(Sunrise, FireBerd, and Network Probe), Spectrum Analyzers (Anritsu, HP, Agilent) and DVB receivers.

He is a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, Osun-state, Nigeria and he has attended various capacity building training all over the world.

Okpala Okwy Peter - Consultant

Mr. Okpala graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsuka with Second Class Upper Division in Accounting in 1991.

 

He started his work career with the firm of AMEX BROWN LTD, Lagos in 1993. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1999 and has had varied training and consultancy experience. He obtained his masters degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos in the year 2003.
